Top 5 Planners for 2025
As we approach 2025, selecting the right planner is crucial for cultivating organisation and productivity in the new year. My top picks prioritise practicality, usability, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring they cater to various planning styles while remaining visually pleasing. Having a planner ready for the new year not only fosters healthy habits but also promotes a positive mindset, as it encourages intentional goal setting and daily reflection. With features such as weekly layouts, ample writing space, and inspiring design, each selected planner supports a balanced approach to managing time and tasks effectively. Investing in a planner that resonates with your style can set the tone for a successful year ahead.
Steph Pase Planners
Steph has a beautiful collection of planners in multiple layouts to suit just about everyone. The collection includes Business planners, Daily planners and Teacher planners as well as differing layouts. My personal pick from Steph’s 2025 line up would be the “Signature Planners”. It the weekly vertical layout I have come to love over the years. With built in customisable checklists, review and reflection pages, goals and more this is a real winner in my books. 2. Ronnie and Co
If you're used to a more traditional diary style of planning than the Ronnie and Co planners might just be for you. More of a mix between traditional diaries and modern planners this could be a great option to transition into modern planning. With only the essentials this planner will not overwhelm you rather it will create driven focus. My pick of their 2025 release would the Spiral Daily Planner. Most because the spiral design is just so ergonomic. While I tend to steer clear of daily planners and opt for the broader view of a weekly planner, I feel it can be an exception to the rule and would suit those with a need to be strictly measured with their time. They do have a lovely weekly layout but no spiral. You can browse the planners at Ronnie and Co.
